Our process ensures quality at every stage from fibre selection through to botanical application and quality certification before each export shipment.

Fibre Selection & Sourcing

Premium Lenzing Modal and certified bamboo fibres are selected for skin-compatibility, moisture management, and encapsulant retention. Each batch is verified for fibre purity before production.

Raw Material Control

Yarn Preparation

Modal or bamboo fibres are blended with precision spandex and spun to target yarn counts. Yarn tension and twist profiles are optimised for knit construction and final fabric hand-feel.

Spinning & Twisting

Knitting & Finishing

Single jersey, rib, and interlock constructions are knitted to specification. Fabric is washed, relaxed, and pre-set to stabilise dimensions before botanical application.

Knitwear Construction

Botanical Extraction & Encapsulation

Steam distilled or solvent-extracted botanical actives are encapsulated at the micron scale using a high density shell matrix. Particle sizing is controlled to optimise release rate and wash durability.

Core Technology

Pad-Dry-Cure Application

Microencapsulated botanical formulation is applied via a precision padding mangle. Fabric passes through drying and curing ovens to permanently bond the capsule layer to fibre surfaces.

Quality Testing & Certification

Each lot undergoes wash durability testing, encapsulation integrity checks, and physical property verification. OEKO-TEX compliance under relevant scope.
